Purge Store Add-on Request Item Records (MSAP)

Purpose: Use this screen to purge closed add-on request items. The system purges all closed records older than the number of days you specify on the screen.

How to display this screen: Enter MSAP in the Fast path field at the top of any menu, or select Purge Store Add-on Request Item Records from a menu.

Field	Description
Days old	The number of days you wish to specify as the age of records that will be purged. All closed add-on request items greater than this number of days old will be purged. The number must be greater than 0. Numeric, 5 positions; required.
Date	The date of the oldest records that will be kept; all add-on request item records entered before this date will be purged. Numeric, 6 positions, MM/DD/YY format; display-only

Completing this screen: Complete the Days old field. The system subtracts your number from the current date and enters the calculation in the informational message:

Records entered before ______ will be deleted.

Select Submit to submit the job.
